Algemene actievoorwaarden winactie JuulC

Wedstrijd wordt georganiseerd door JuulC en Jumping Amsterdam

Deelname actie

  1. Deelname aan acties is kosteloos.
  2. Deelname vindt plaats wanneer je op @juulc_official en/of @jumpingamsterdam social media hebt gereageerd
    1. Eenmalige deelname per persoon.
    2. Deelname aan acties is alleen mogelijk voor personen vanaf 18 jaar of ouder.
  3. De looptijd van acties en het moment van bekendmaking van de winnaar(s) wordt altijd vermeld in de social media post of op het in te vullen formulier.
  4. JuulC is te allen tijde bevoegd actievoorwaarden tussentijds te wijzigen of de acties zonder opgaaf van reden stop te zetten.
  5. Je kan wereldwijd meedoen aan de actie.

Persoonsgegevens

  1. Persoonsgegevens van deelnemers worden niet zonder overleg vrijgegeven en verstrekt aan externen, tenzij er toestemming is gegeven een nieuwsbrief te ontvangen van een externe partij.
  2. Persoonsgegevens van deelnemers kunnen intern worden gebruikt voor het aanmelden van de nieuwsbrief, indien hier in de actie toestemming voor is gegeven.
  3. Op alle acties is Nederlands recht van toepassing.

Winnaar

  1. De winnaar van een actie wordt gekozen door middel van een loting op onpartijdige wijze.
  2. De winnaar ontvangt 1 rijjas in Jumping Amsterdam design
  3. De winnaar van een actie krijgt persoonlijk bericht via het social media kanaal waarop de actie heeft plaatsgevonden. 
  4. Wanneer de winnaar zich niet binnen een week na bekendmaking meldt, wordt er een nieuwe winnaar aangewezen.
  5. JuulC is bevoegd personen uit te sluiten van deelname bij vermoeden van onrechtmatige deelname of fraude.
  6. Deelnemers die geen prijs hebben gewonnen, worden hiervan niet op de hoogte gesteld.
  7. Het is niet mogelijk het gewonnen product om te ruilen voor een ander product of geldbedrag.
  8. De rijjas (indien op voorraad) dient op het kantoor van JuulC te worden afgehaald binnen een periode van 30 dagen. Of indien in het buitenland gevestigd wordt deze verstuurd.

Today, almost the entire collection of JuulC competition jackets ever released hangs in her closet, but her very first competition jacket from over 10 years ago remains her favorite! Never out of style, always elegant. How amazing is it that these jackets stay beautiful and stylish for so long! I’m too big for kids' jackets and too small for most adult brands. JuulC jackets fit like a glove and allow for all the necessary movement and comfort while riding. I never want to wear anything else, not for myself and certainly not for my stable riders.

Despite my broader shoulders, the coat doesn't feel tight anywhere and offers plenty of freedom of movement. The fabric is breathable and lightweight, making it very comfortable to wear during every competition. Whilst pink isn’t for everyone (they’re obviously wrong ) I love the combination of pink with grey.
I picked the juuls jacket as I loved to see the photos of riders online in it. I got the chance to try it for size when I visited the Netherlands.
For riding wear I usually take a 36 but for tailored items I step up to a 38- I’m quite broad on my shoulders but the fit remained excellent over my waist.
The fabric is gorgeous, doesn’t ever crease and we get some nice comments at competitions- the colour makes people smile.
I wear this jacket for dressage and showjumping and I am really pleased with the look and functionality, I would recommend!
