Can I return a custom-designed product?

Custom-designed products cannot be returned or exchanged. However, feel free to contact us to discuss your request. We are happy to see if we can meet your wishes.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can’t find the confirmation email, contact our customer service and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Why was my order cancelled?

Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping is free on orders over a certain amount, depending on country. You’ll see if your order qualifies during checkout or you can check it here.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship and deliver worldwide. Please note that all products are shipped from the Netherlands. Any customs duties, import VAT, or other additional charges that may apply for deliveries outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer. If a parcel is not collected, we reserve the right to charge you for any resulting costs.
